We use this to confirm the booking and contact you if plans change.
Participant email is optional now, but helps us support future progression later.
By default, the booking guardian is the emergency contact.
The participant's guardian must type their full name and accept the consent on the child's behalf.
Your confirmation email includes a private link to cancel or move the booking later.
